CR 2.0 Change ADMID attribute to AMDID

The name of the METS element that provides for recording administrative metadata segments--the amdSec--is misaligned with the name of the attribute--ADMID--used to reference these administrative metadata segments. This misalignment easily leads to confusion and encoding errors. Change ADMID to AMDID to align it with "amdSec".
