MEJ Offerings
A tab to record when players offer bribes, sacrifices, or gifts to NPCs.
A player clicks this button to bring up the Make Offer window.
From here they can drag an item from their actor sheet to add it to the offering; if they just want to offer coin, they'll need to drag the actor onto the sheet. Private offer can be checked to have the offering hidden from other players.
Once they finalize the offer, the Gamemaster can accept or reject it; if the offering is accepted any offered items or coin will be removed from the actor's inventory.
