iwd: update settings documentation
The link https://iwd.wiki.kernel.org/networkconfigurationsettings is currently broken, as it redirect to the 404 https://archive.kernel.org/oldwiki/iwd.wiki.kernel.org/networkconfigurationsettings ; the correct link is https://archive.kernel.org/oldwiki/iwd.wiki.kernel.org/networkconfigurationsettings.html but it is marked as obsolete, and tell the user to read the iwd.network(5) man. Re-add test-pkgs to excluded-attrnames-at-any-depth
test-pkgs was removed in ae53779 add it back fix ``` nix-instantiate --eval --strict -E '(import ./pkgs/top-level/release-attrpaths-superset.nix { }).paths ``` so it doesn't get caught in a cycle

ocaml: build defaultentry not bootstrap on 5.2+
Building ocaml fails occasionally on aarch64-darwin. Using the defaultentry target to build on ocaml 5.2 and greater may rectify this.
