Minutes

• De-CLAWing the lobster
  • All Islandora 8 modules except islandora will get moved over to the islandora github org
  • The islandora module will move over as the 8.x-1.x branch
  • The CLAW repo will be split into two repos, one for docs/issues, and another to line up versions for releases.
• OAI_PMH module up for testing
  • Jon Green will give it a test
  • May want to look into integrating it with metatag as a next step
• Issue Roundup
  • We can use the metatag module for Google Scholar and regular Google indexing, as well as facebook, pinterest, etc... integrations
  • Danny needs to update the lockfile in drupal-project to put travis sniffs in alignment
  • Travis is failing on php based roles for Contributing.MD fixes, needs to be addressed
  • Natkeeran is working on a multi-server playbook
  • If we want to enforce versions of all modules in an islandora drupal distribution, we can follow how Acquia uses composer with their Lighning Distribution. Alex O'Neill showed off a site built as a sub-distribution of Lignting, which is a technique we'd want to consider to offer IR or RDM variants of Islandora.
