Minutes

1. Could be a lot of copy-paste to spread this to the other repositories. Largest issue is getting the dependencies into the roles to allow them to install properly. If anyone wants to help out.

   Also could we run this against the whole playbook, but it will require a slightly different technique to do it.

   Setting blazegraph JAVA_OPTs by templating the web.xml??

   Seth was editing the set-env.sh script.

   When testing there are no group_vars so it has to be defined in the role.

   No luck getting ansible to set environment variables, so using this set-env.sh

   Either agree on a way to set JAVA_OPTS. Gets ugly when you are trying to insert based on a regex.

   Using a variable in the group_vars to store all these JAVA_OPTS.

   Need to add documentation so people coming to it, can use this.

2. Use webserver_app_user instead of drupal_public_filesystem_user. Consensus is to move forward with this.

3. Make sure we provide the data that is required for the Piwik module

   This is better than the current method because

   1. Doesn't use Drupal database tables.
   2. Not affected by front end caching.
   3. Highly customizable
   4. Can be hosted on a separate server from your repository.
   5. Can be run on a locally managed server, handle your own privacy.

   IR interest group is interested in tracking data for items pages, but also to convey value to faculty heads and authors. Coming up with a Islandora default set of variable/data and some default reports would make it easier to sell people on it. If the IR interest group comes out with a set of common needs that would be helpful.

   Customizable reports for your clients to.

4. New condition to allow a context tied to a particular datastream with knowledge of who owns it and what field it uses to reference it. Needs someone to test it.
