Minutes

1. Release update
   • Release will include Fedora 6.0.0.
   • Tagged versions of most repositories have been created. Controlled Access Terms is not ready yet, but Danny proposes providing a point release of that module when it's ready.
   • Some docs need to be updated.
2. Joining the Docker Open Source project support program
   • MJ will complete form. Longer term, we may want to explore hosting our containers elsewhere.
3. Proposal for running Tech Calls after Danny joins Born-Digital
   • Jenna will create basic (new issues and PRs) agenda
   • Rotating chair, like ICC has
   • Meeting participants can add non-issue and non-PR items prior to call
     • Consensus is that we'll complie a list (rota) of people who will chair. Starting rota: Mark, Melissa, Danny, Rosie, Seth, Eli. MJ to add this list to the next few meeting templates.

      • This, and other scenarious describing transferring data between Islandora instances, should be documented. E.g. dev->staging->prod, changing domains, etc. Also the fact that some workflows require double the storage (one for the copy and one for the destination)

      • DIG would be happy to collaborate on this list, but they can't do it on their own. Suggestion that the ICC or Leadership group pays attention to this topic in the short term. Discussion about how to define what 7.x does. Plan is to list core modules in a Google Doc and go from there.

6. Anyone finding that the Playbook is having problems/slowness pulling in Composer packages?
   • No one else has experienced this but Danny said he'd try a fresh build to see what happens.
