We want to migrate our positioning engine from
react-tethertoreact-popperas part of #232

This is a refactor so it should not change the behaviour of the Datepicker at all, I believe I've managed to do it but feel free to run the project locally if you want to test it out, maybe I've missed something. I'm leaving a recording here for you to see that it looks and positions itself the same.
