Before Each Test

Before embarking on each test unit, ensure that:
- FujiNet and development tools are set up as specified in the Board bring up for FujiNet Platform.IO code documentation.
- The latest code has been pulled from Github.
- Both the Upload File System and Upload and Monitor tasks have been engaged, and that the monitor pane is visible.
