Install Voices on macOS 13 Ventura

For example, install Greek voice "Nikos",
- Open settings and type "Spoken Content" in search field. Select "System Voice" in "Spoken Content" interface.

- Select "Manage"

- Select "Greek" on the left and click the cloud icons on the right to install voice data.

- Restart UBA and run text-to-speech features. You should see newly installed voice as one of the language options.
