Install Voices on macOS 13 Ventura

For example, install Greek voice "Nikos",

Open settings and type "Spoken Content" in search field. Select "System Voice" in "Spoken Content" interface.

Select "Manage"

Select "Greek" on the left and click the cloud icons on the right to install voice data.

Restart UBA and run text-to-speech features. You should see newly installed voice as one of the language options.
