  • CS contract is executed
    • Will send updated schedule with suggested touchpoints
  • RSG contract is resolving remaining edits and questions concerning rates and type of deliverables

  • Phase 10 Budget & AMPO close-out proposal
    • OHDOT is not continuing as ActivitySim consortium member
    • CTPS is interested in joining ActivitySim consortium member
      • Have received approval from agency
      • Want to make contribution this FY; probably makes sense to do that through AMPO
    • Suggest 15% set-aside for AMPO; Joe is looking for confirmation this seems like a reasonable amount
      • No one objects to this allocation
    • AMPO is not holding funds in an interest accruing account; Suggest Zephyr look into putting contingency funds into an account that can accrue interest
    • Contingency fund: Most will be used for technical work, but some should be set aside to cover Zephyr's admin costs and transition costs
      • Zephyr does not need access to funds before transition occurs
      • Zephyr will hire a part-time admin role later in year
  • Agency and Vendor agreement updates
    • Zephyr and agencies need contracts; agreements should be very similar as AMPO
    • Zephyr and consultants need contracts; agreements should be very similar as AMPO
    • New agency agreements have been drafted and sent to attorney
      • Will sent out by mid-February
      • Start date would be July 1, 2025
  • Zephyr has not put out an annual financial report
• Thursday, February 6 meeting will be cancelled

Technical

• Example install issues
  • SFCTA and Caliper running into issues installing SANDAG model
  • WSP can ask an analyst to work through issues using Phase 9A remaining funds
    • WSP to give assessment of LOE to resolve issue
    • WSP will report back in 2 weeks
