Section 5. WORK FOR HIRE The CONTRACTOR shall request permission from AMPORF to present or publish any of the materials that were created under this contract, or use any other AMPORF material including but not limited to the use of the names ActivitySim or AMPORF. If the CONTRACTOR is given permission by AMPORF to present or publish any of the materials that were created under this contract, or use any other AMPORF material including but not limited to the use of the names ActivitySim or AMPORF the CONTRACTOR must prominently attribute the ownership of that intellectual property to AMPORF, including but not limited to an explicit notice of the AMPORF's ownership of any copyright or trademark used. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall be allowed to disclose the nature of its work and Contractor 's general methods and processes, including references to “ActivitySim” and “AMPORF”, as part of its qualifications and references on proposals for other, related work without the prior written consent of AMPORF, provided that Contractor will not disclose any confidential information of AMPO.
