Default Photo for Projects

Currently, working on a new default project photo. I've posted my brainstorming and sketches and have attached the digitized version as well (1/7/2014)

Testing of Different Color Palettes (1/8/2014)

I tested the demo server with the color palette from USDS. I personally still prefer the orange & teal. For red and blue, I prefer Test 2 the most (Dark Red & Light Blue)
