Logging issues, features, enhancements and user stories

Issues should be logged for the following:

• Bugs: coded elements do not function as required

• Enhancements: product backlog elements that will be coded in the next sprint and recommendations for how coded elements could be improved in the short-medium term; not: new business requirements, ideas for functionality or improvements that are low priority.

• Design: questions about design alternatives and threads to build consensus on design directions.

• Question: general catch-all for questions

-- User stories, aka business requirements, should be presented on the Open Opportunities Wiki for refinement. They should only be logged as an enhancement when they are ready to be coded.
