There is a slack channel for this theme/topic, #kgs. Before the Hack we will have a call so that we can discuss the different interests in the theme/topic. Also, there is https://strawpoll.com/1kbfgh53 where you can vote; the issue being a simple one: should we have a call prior to the hack so that we can discuss sinergies, possible collaborations, teams, etc. if there is quorum I will circulate the webex or zoom invitation. This topic/theme is generic; it is about developing and deploying KGs that bring together covid-19 related information. Under this there are currently two projects:

Knowledge Graph for Covid-19 resources. This project is aimed at producing a targeted KG that ingests and transforms data to do with drug -> protein interactions, viral protein -> host protein interactions, as well as phenotype and gene ontologies.

We will use an existing data set, annotated with ontologies, and load it into neo4j. Then, we will build the corresponding UI. Before the hacking we need to define the UX that we want to support over the UI, this means that before the hack we will host a webinar with those interested in working in this topic and plan accordingly.
