Embedded sourcemap in styles.css makes the file big

I did a webpack-bundle-analyzer output from the sample app, the styles.css is a large part of the final output. Looking at the file, it has an embedded sourcemap in it. We need to avoid putting that in, potentially have an external map or a second file that includes the map for development and debugging. I have a screen shot but it appears to be too big to upload to an image or some other restriction is on the account.
