Remove Ridcully references from Stibbons code #2576

Description

  • This fix removed Ridcully references from the Stibbons release code base, necessitated due to the recent testnet reset, for example, configuration file settings and network setting in the wallet FFI.
  • Also fixed some clippy errors that popped up.

Run all cargo tests in release mode.
