Meeting Minutes

• Discussion on the main character
  • Ideas
    • Two separate characters: young and old Jessica, young Jessica just follows old Jessica around
    • One character, the player could switch between old Jessica and young Jessica (old Jessica for fighting, young Jessica for interacting with NPCs to gain confidence)
• Fighting in the game
  • Fighting screen
    • Happen on the map
    • Pokemon style (new screen pop up)
  • Fighting style
    • Player shoots towards bad NPC
    • Bad NPCs randomly generate bullet patterns that shoot towards Jessica when she gets into the range
  • Activation of fighting
    • Once get into the aura of a bad guy
• Proposed to not include fighting, instead do quests to gain confidence
  • Player starts with a low confidence and gain through the game (does not lose confidence)
  • Player talks to NPCs in order to gain confidence (in order to get to good NPC, need to clear bad ones)
