Add more e2e tests in ci of dataflow engine

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In order to verify the master worker framework works as expected. The tests include

• chaos tests
  • Server master node failure one by one, to verify new leader will be elected and worker recovery. ci: add node failure test hanfei1991/microcosm#355
  • Executor node failure one by one. ci: add node failure test hanfei1991/microcosm#355
  • Restart the whole cluster, including executors and server masters. jobmanager(engine): clean tombstone worker before failover hanfei1991/microcosm#375
  • Add chaos-mesh support in dataflow ci, maybe in the feature we can migrate DM chaos test into dataflow engine.
    • Add basic test framework. ci(engine): add chaos-mesh test cases in github action, part-1 hanfei1991/microcosm#396, chaos(engine): enable chaos test in dataflow and add two tests. #5641
    • One of executor server suffers network partition, job master will reschedule worker to another executor node. chaos(engine): add network chaos cases in dataflow engine #5781
    • Random failure of executor nodes
• Normal workflow
  • Test fast finish job can work normally #7060
