The ONC Certification (g)(10) Standardized API Test Kit v7.0.0 is a major update which adds support for US Core 7.0.0 / USCDI v4, and SMART App Launch v2.2.0, which was approved in the Standard Versions Advancement Process.

As a result of this updates, it is necessary to re-run the terminology build process to add support for the terminology used by US Core 7.0.0.

This update also incorporates the following test changes. None of those may cause systems that passed v6.0.3 tests to now fail:

• CCG Update with US Core 6.1.0 Patch FHIR-46240. Remove media and media.link from DiagnosticReport Must Support (#588)
• Fix a bug which caused Token Introspection URL ignored custome authorization header input (#572)
• Fix a bug which caused validation error on Observation Smoking Status effectivePeriod element (#573)

• Add checks for additional SMART capabilities (#534).
• Add SMART App Launch v1 scopes tests (#535).
• Add SMART Granular Scopes tests (#537).
• Add US Core 6 Screening and Assessment test group (#542).
• Add an attestation for supporting the Observation Clinical Test granular scope (#543).
• Add tests for the selection of granular scopes when resource-level scopes are requested (#539).
