The legacy package repositories are deprecated and we don't publish packages to the legacy repositories any longer. Because of that, it doesn't make much sense to provide installation instructions based on the legacy repositories.
This PR removes references to the legacy package repositories (
apt.kubernetes.ioandyum.kubernetes.io), as well as, updates wording in the relevant documents to highlight that the legacy package repositories have been frozen.We need to cherry-pick this PR along with #42022 and other relevant PRs to all release branches up to at least v1.25 (ideally v1.24 as well).
