Welcome Greg Becker, who just started at LLNL, and will be working on Spack.
- Greg was an intern last summer, and just graduated from Williams. Go Ephs!

Greg will be starting with making package tracking a bit faster and smarter

spack findfaster - allow more install locations and potential sharing of install trees.
- Plan is to move from there to integrate Spack with Koji for generating RPMs for CHAOS6.0/TOSS 3.0
