This commit attempts to address jasp-stats/jasp-issues#2586 Note: I listed the packages alphabetically as I think this makes it easier to read and check. WARNING: I only updated the deps for Arch. I do not know if debian comes with some of those packages preinstalled or how to install them all on debian. From what I saw from @shun2wang's work on flatpak, debian is missing `libglpk` at least.

This PR aims to start to address jasp-stats/jasp-issues#2586
Feel free to reject it, as I cannot confirm these are all the missing dependencies, and I've only updated it for Arch.
Any feedback is welcomed so I can make a better PR when I have more time.
