Attempt to add missing system deps for Arch Linux

This commit attempts to address jasp-stats/jasp-issues#2586

Note: I listed the packages alphabetically as I think this makes it
easier to read and check.

WARNING: I only updated the deps for Arch.
I do not know if debian comes with some of those packages preinstalled
or how to install them all on debian.
From what I saw from @shun2wang's work on flatpak, debian is missing `libglpk` at least.
