I was trying to build JASP on my laptop and I noticed the pacman command I had modified in a previous pull request (#5424) didn't work because
jagsis not available in the official repos, it is only available in the aur.This PR should fix that issue.
Still, as I wasn't able to build JASP this time around (I ended up installing the flatpak) I'm not completely sure every system dependency is listed.
