Explain to them that they can access Open Forest though a link to Open Forest from your Forest’s home page, or by entering the url directly into their browser: https://openforest.fs.usda.gov

*The frontline staff is not expected to walk a member of the public through the entire process, and should not need to spend more than a few minutes explaining the process.

You may also provide them with an email address where they can email their request for help SM.FS.OpnFrstCsSup@usda.gov

They can also click on the link at the bottom of the Open Forest Page for "Help".
