Add simple control offset parameter for fw attitude (master) #707

This is #701 but with the now updated master as the target branch

  • add rc/control surface trim parameters
  • add simple airframe specific trim parameter (for default speed and configuration in case the aircraft can not be calibrated in this pose)
  • quickly tested in HIL

This worked as intended today on several aircraft.
