some gps fixes (only tested without gps attached) #30

fixed several bugs which I found in the gps app:

  • the command line parameters are correctly displayed now
  • a stacktrace when looking for ubx is fixed
  • change in nuttx to allow for 12 instead of 6 arguments when starting an app
  • gps starting and also stopping should work now
