Just for the record. I have done more testing. When we write a block of 0xffff X 128 we get back 0x00ff X 128 I believe these parts are mis-configured (bonded or fused) from the factory or possibly are counterfeit. the `mtd rwtest' would not detect this because it does a read then write. |
