The test rack's CUAV v5 nano icm20689 IMU appears to be getting stuck with near 100% transfer errors. While in this state the other sensors on the same bus (bmi055 and icm20602) are in good health.

Several other boards on the test rack with the icm20689 (several other fmu-v5s, holybro durandal) do not exhibit this problem over many test runs.

TODO

  • is the problem with this particular unit?
  • does lowering the SPI bus speed help?
  • should the drivers self reset more aggressively (eg 1000+ consecutive failures)

Unable to reproduce on CUAV v5+ (or pixhawk 4).
