Prior to the meeting in Quebec on the week of July 8th, it would be nice to have a functional harvesting prototype.

With the LOD Node (aka “harvester”) concept generally accepted as the way forward we, can start prototyping an architecture to populate a database/triple store/graph store with cross-border linkages.

Let's meet to discuss requirements and sketch out a technical architecture so that we can begin developing something functional.

Expected outcomes:

  • A common understanding of what’s required to support the use case
  • Enumeration of potential technologies
  • Logical partitioning of effort and deliverables
