Overview

Element icon buttons are the foundation of the button i.e. the shape without the indiction of what the button might action. There are three states to this button Normal, hover and tapped/click.

Use of this pattern

• This pattern is used in conjunction with icons or icons and copy to indicate the action on access.
• Only use icon by itself on a mobile device in most instances.
• Try to use icon and copy in all instances for accessibility purposes.
