Summary

  • All groups persisting (besides nutrient/detritus/macro-algae)
  • All but STB and SDF stable
  • Fixed issues with regional depletion in ZM

Script Changes

  • make_biomass_epu.R : Function to get box-age biomass. Includes EPU aggregation
  • plot_catch_biomass_comparisons.R : Creates plots that overlay biomass and realized catch timeseries
  • test_persistence_box.R : Checks box/regional persistence of groups

Parameter Changes

  • at_biology.prm : mum, C, FSP, mQ changes to planktivores. Added seasonal movements to ZM similar to existing ZL
