Environmental Controller

Using the environmental controller you can improve the area around it in various ways. There are modules to give you saturation, regeneration, and so on. Every module requires power so this doesn't come free. A single controller can affect an cylindrical area with a maximum radius of 100 from bottom to top of the world (if you're prepared to consume that much power).

Infusing this block will reduce power usage.
