With this, the sequence track shows the sequence for an Apollo assembly, and the "Get sequence" from the rubber band menu works.
Draft until GMOD/jbrowse-components#3183 is merged.
Also includes some updates to the plugin test config, a test for the adapter, and a new CI step that runs the tests on PRs.
