Information of where an extension control was last shown is saved and retrieved as preference settings. These are actually not directly visible for the user and are updating automatically, just like the main Dynamo window size. These settings are used when showing the extension control, to restore it to how it used to be before closing it. The available information for each view extension is: 1. How it is shown. For now this can be either as a floating window or docked to the right-side panel. 2. In case it is shown as a floating window, the following information about the window is saved: - Location by Top/Left coordinates - Size by Width/Height - Whether the window is maximized

* Re bind RequestNodeAutoCompleteSearch when open dyf * Add unit test
Extension views that provided a window rather than a control, like TuneUp, were not properly handled by docking/undocking. The content was being cast to a type that was too specific so it got lost. Also, opening the extension directly as a floating window would result in a crash because the content was not being unwrapped from the window in this case.
When loading the application icon to be displayed in the extension windows, the method used would result in an unhandled error when the application was started from a network folder. This error is now handled, resulting only in the absence of the icon for the extension window. Also, the method used to get the application path is changed for a more reliable one.
