What:

Proxy will now dump recorded traffic even if for any reason a spec could not be generated (previously if the spec could not be generated the traffic recordings would not be recorded)
Ensure that errors in rows are checked before running tests (had to be done due to a change in how errors get reported after moving to Sequences of tests)
