Seems translators are missing in the list (at least, my login is missing, that's how i noticed). I wouldn't comment if it was just me, but I am not the only one. For example @Linerly, translating to indonesian is missing, @IamIpanda, dealing with chinese, is also not listed. I checked manually people with a github account on the commits since the 25 august, maybe there is more.

That's actually a problem and they for sure should be added to the list as well. The issue is that we currently only consider commits with an associated PR in the changelog generator.
