What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Feature

Did you add tests for your changes?
Yes

If relevant, did you update the documentation?
N/A

Summary
The migrate task didn't do anything with webpack.NoEmitOnErrorsPlugin(). This PR adds a transformation for this plugin that removes it and safely sets optimizations: { noEmitOnErrors: true }. Note that this PR has also been updated to migrate the ModuleConcatenationPlugin and the NamedModulesPlugin.

Resolves #394
Resolves #395
Resolves #396

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
No

I noticed that this function is basically used also in the other PRs. I think it's worth creating on single function that does this. Regarding the rootPath, we could change the logic:

const removed = findAndRemovePlugin(j, ast, ["webpack.NoEmitOnErrorsPlugin"]);
// if removed, means that was found
if (removed) {
  const rootPath = safeTraverse(path, ["parent", "parent", "parent", "value"]) // need to change the depth of the path obviusly
}

Ideally you could create on single PR to tackle all the transformers in one go so they can use the same utility all together. Or we could change one PR, merge it to master and you will rebase the others accordingly. What do you think? What's best for you

I'll combine them all into this PR if that works for you. Seems like the easiest approach. On it now, thanks for the review.

Thanks @ematipico, I think your idea of adding supporting utility functions to ast-utils ended up being much cleaner. This PR has been updated and the other two have been closed in favor of this one.

Thank you for your pull request! The most important CI builds succeeded, we’ll review the pull request soon.

If you're checking size, then check if it's not empty, not size of 1

We check if elements has a length of 1 because this means the only plugin in the plugins array is the plugin we're removing. We need to know the plugins array actually has a length of 1; only knowing if it's not empty isn't sufficient.

This is also breaking in other branches. ERROR is being asserted in a different array index, but stdout is correct anyways.

This was due to an upstream change that was recently released: https://github.com/webpack/webpack/blob/17034eb61cd70248bf6c1ccbc20d0c6dbe3a34b1/lib/NoModeWarning.js#L18

Our tests were passing by accident, most likely due to caching on the CI servers.

Wow... this can actually increase the code quality of #401. Good to have!

I don't know if i copy this directly to there, or if i wait and rebase later. What you guys think it is better?

You could copy the file for now, and use it locally and adapt your code accordingly. Once this PR is merged, you can rebase and update your PR once for all.
This utility is widely useful, so I'd wait the merge

I don't think it's needed because it's indirectly tested by the snapshot testing
