Github no longer supports anonymous git protocol
The `GuardFile` is ignored with VoxPupuli's .gitignore remove it from repository.
At the moment more important to get the tests to run with minimal changes. Address the todo for rubocop later.
These are all end of life More over this disables all the current acceptance testing which we can worry about when we enable on modern OSes.

Its a bit odd in that this results in no useful OSes being supported. Would rather #3 was ready as well which is pending on - voxpupuli/beaker-vagrant#80 |
