Add countries to validate passport number.

I was going through the passport validator source code and noticed that a few countries were missing. Can I add those countries to the list?

Hello, I see this hasn't been worked on, I could work on this, although I've done some reaserch and I have only found these:

• Mexico, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zeland and Jamaica.

I could add these ones, but if you know somewhere I could find more, please let me know.
