Add support for --write-mode type argument

Taking inspiration from rustfmt, a --write-mode argument would allow us to modifying the output behaviour to include things such as:

• stdout Print the formatted document to stdout. (Default)
• replace Overwrite the original file
• diff Print a diff between the formatted document and the input document.
