Submit to CRAN:

• Publish {gridpattern} v1.2.1 to CRAN
• Bump to "release" version number in DESCRIPTION and NEWS.md
• Build package tarball with R CMD build making sure to exclude enough vignettes in .Rbuildignore to get vignette size down with help of .Rbuildignore_CRAN
• devtools::check_win_devel()
• devtools::check_mac_release()
• Update cran-comments.md
• Upload at https://xmpalantir.wu.ac.at/cransubmit/ copying and pasting cran-comments.md into "Optional comment" field
• Click on e-mail confirming package submitted

Wait for CRAN:

• Perhaps need to do a revise and resubmit of minor changes
• Accepted 🎉
• Do a Github release (which will "tag" version)
