C++ code to perform calculation of optical properties of thin films
Soil analyzer using an USB microscope - for Linux PC and Beaglebone Black
Utility scripts for calculating optical properties using WIEN2k
This repository contains installation files and users manual for the Opal software
The optical properties of 2D materials with the VASP code
The source code of my bachelor thesis, which topic was: "Modelling of dispersive optical properties of DBRs using swarm algorithms".
Scripts to calculate global 3D aerosol optical properties from MERRA-2 concentrations. Used for example as climate model forcing fields. Generated data repository cf link below.
Repo which contains all latex and figures for my amazing thesis
Diffuse Optical Tomography (DOT) is an non-invasive optical imaging technique that measures the optical properties of physiological tissue using near infrared spectrum light. Optical properties are extracted from the measurement using reconstruction algorithm. This project uses the steepest descent method for reconstruction of optical data.
Add a description, image, and links to the optical-properties topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
