This pull request hides the "Add dataset," "Edit," and "Administration" links by default unless the user is logged in with collaborator access. If the user is logged in but does not have collaborator access, a red warning is shown next to their username which, on hover, tells them they do not have collaborator access and will not be able to make changes.
Closes #20. Ideally we'd allow non-collaborators to post a pull request, but for now they should at least be required to login to get to the forms and such as it's confusing when you can see the form but saving doesn't work
