[Feature]: remove __ngContext__ from snapshots

🚀 Feature Proposal

The reasons why should this removed when serializing the fixtures are:

• it is always the same (no matter what component is tested)
• it keeps changing from version to version (recently it changed to "0", see also post https://stackoverflow.com/questions/71591941/sometimes-when-i-update-the-snapshots-i-got-an-attribute-ngcontext/74122519#74122519)
• it requires people to implement custom serializers

Motivation

Make the tests independent from the internal component implementation.

Example

No change for the clients regarding the usage. A onetime update of snapshots is necessary (removal of ngContext).
