Installs TabMigrate on your Windows machine.
1.Download the ZIP file (v1.04_2016_05_06_TabRESTMigrate)
2.Expand the ZIP file into a local file system directory. (you must do this for setup to work)
3.Run setup.exe

Notes: Added support for downloading and uploading Workbooks and Data Sources with "/" and "" in their file names.
