This PR adds support for SSO bearer token authentication to the AWS SDK, specifically for Code Catalyst, which requires authentication via SSO with a Builder ID using a bearer token rather than SigV4. This functionality was developed in a feature branch, and this PR merely merges that branch to main. This PR implements the default token provider chain for SSO bearer token auth in the aws-config crate. The
SdkConfighas a newtoken_providerfield that can be used to configure custom providers, while the default uses aProfileFileTokenProviderimplementation to read SSO session config from the~/.aws/configfile.This is only the configuration and token provider part of the implementation. A later PR will update the code generator to start using the default token provider chain for AWS SDK models that use Smithy
