Add some more .gitignore lines for some detritus that appears when using certain LaTeX compilers
Fix PDF build errors when no TeX files changed
Backport Cosmetics #9 and Actually use ebgaramond package instead of hacking it in #11 to the Policy on Affiliated Clubs which was merged after those PRs were opened
