Improve colour palette of PlantUML graphs #166

The skinparam keyword of plantuml allows for the configuration of the colours, fonts and other parameters
For an example, see the graphs in my master thesis presentation.
The full guide is available here.

Possible changes:

  • Remove shadows
  • Make background of components transparent
  • Match arrows and lines to RTD theme
