  • Add a CONTRIBUTING.md file with guidance for:
    • Submitting issues
    • Writing pull requests
    • Participating in community meetings
    • Discussing the project on k8s slack (and future channels like email)
  • Adopt a Code of Conduct. I propose adopting the upstream CNCF Code of Conduct, with appropriate amendments regarding reporting conduct violations.
